Description of problem:
While running an analysis with a custom rule, the Ruleset field appears empty when reviewing issues.
rhn-engineering-maufart offers the following suggestion to address this:
"This is related to custom rules, which don't have to be structured in rulesets directories, so the ruleset is empty and it should be OK.
My suggestion here might be an UX enhancement to display something like custom instead of empty value, or better not display the "Ruleset" title if it was empty in UI since the ruleset is not relevant for custom rules "
