[CLI] Analysis in container fails on Windows

      Description of problem:

      Analysis with container never ends with error in analysis.log

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      7.2.0-46 

      How reproducible:

      100% 

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Run command like 

       C:\Users\Admin\windows-mta-cli.exe analyze --overwrite --input C:\Users\Admin\kantra-cli-tests\data/applications\jee-example-app-1.0.0.ear --output C:\Users\Admin\kantra-cli-tests\reports-manual --source weblogic --target eap7 --run-local=false

      Actual results:

      Analysis never ends, analysis.log contains error message:

      time="2024-12-25T14:32:03Z" level=info msg="provider does not have dependency capability" provider=builtin

      Expected results:

      It should just work 

      Additional info: Only Windows is affected
