We noticed against the bilud MTA -23 and -29 major difference in the effort counts for our source analysis tests:
  * In the Source + dependencies analysis for the tackletest app, the effort count increased from 30 to 600.

• For  Source + dependencies analysis on daytrader app, it increaded from 402 to 2055.

The reason being that majority of issues come from /cache/m2/com/sun/mail/..  and in the analysis maven failed, so fallback was used, but dependencies in maven repository are still used.
