Description of problem:

When providing custom rules/targets to an analysis using the analysis wizard, the analysis is failing. If you look into the analysis details, you can see that the analysis itself succeeded, but then it fails with the following error:

open /working/report/analysisSummary.json: no such file or directory

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): MTA 6.1.0-12

How reproducible: Always with the provided rules and repository

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an application and provide the following repository: https://github.com/ibraginsky/book-server (no credentials needed)
2. Run a source code analysis on it. During the custom-rules selection, provide one of the files I'm attaching to this issue.
3. Wait until the analysis fails.

Actual results:

The analysis fails, but there is no issue in the activity log of the analysis detail.

Expected results:

If every step of the analysis went well, the analysis should appear as completed.
