When analyzing Maven project, there is difference before and after executing "mvn clean package"

      Description of problem:

      The customer is asking to add detailed example documentation when analyzing Java Maven projects. When analyzing Maven project, there is difference before and after executing "mvn clean package".

      If there is any conditions to execute analysis for Maven project, please add some description at section 2.3 in CLI Guide.
      If this issue is duplicated to the upstream issues [3], please close this.
