This task tracks the work required to research and investigate a viable path forward where we can satisfy the usage workflow where an archetype can be associate with a helm template. The helm template then generates a usable helm chart with an outputted configuration file.

The output of this task should be a defined path and approach for how our addon system could realistically do helm template generation.
