The motivation for this is to give us a better view into usage, i.e. install numbers alone of MTA are not sufficient to give us a feel of what is happening in the field.  We want more data, I'm proposing we see if we can send back at least:  
 - Number of Applications in inventory
 - Number of Analysis runs
 - Number of Assessment runs

This work is a 2-step process. First, we must ensure we are exposing the needed metrics from our operator. Second, we must ensure that Telemeter is publishing our metrics for OpenShift operator reporting purposes.
