      Description of problem:

      Upgrade from 7.1.1 to 7.2.0 drops keycloak's DB resulting with admin's password is dropped to default, custom users are removed, etc.

       7.2.0-13

      How reproducible:

      100% 

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Install 7.1.1 using IIB of 7.2.0-13
      2. Do customisations like creating more users, changing default admin's password
      3. Run upgrade to 7.2.0
      4. Login to upgraded MTA

      Actual results:

      Admin's password was dropped to default, other users were removed

      Expected results:

      Everything should remain unchanged
