Description of problem:

After application assessment is discarded, its assessment status incorrectly shows 'Completed' and switches to 'Not started' only after one navigates to another page and then comes back .

This is a regression bug and is not seen on MTA 7.1.

1. Create and assess an application with one required questionnaire.
2. Discard application assessment

Actual results:

Application 'Assessment' status doesn't get updated on its own after assessment is discarded
