Description of problem:

 Right now, the downloaded files do not have unique application names, each downloaded report will have the filename "report" and when downloading the reports for several applications they cannot be differentiated. An option would be to download it into a folder with the application name.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into MTA then go to Administration and enable both report download options
2. Create an application and run an analysis on it
3. Download the CSV and HTML reports.

Actual results:

The downloaded report has the "report" filename

Expected results:

The downloaded report should have the application name as the filename
