Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a source application using https://github.com/ibraginsky/book-server
2. Analyze the created app, on the "Custom rules" screen click the "Repository" tab and provide the required info for https://github.com/konveyor/tackle-testapp/tree/main/rules
3. Make sure to provide the credentials to the rules repository
4. Run the analysis

Actual results:

Analysis fails.
"fatal: could not read Username for 'https://github.com': No such device or address"
