      Description of problem:

In Chapter 4. Reviewing and resolving migration issues of the Visual Studio Code Extension Guide, it says that you can "select a hint to view the source code". However, it seems that the file path contains "/opt/input/source/", so VSCode is unable to actually open the correct file (see attached screenshot).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 7.1.0

      How reproducible: always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Run analysis on an application using the VSCode Extension
      2. After analysis completes, in the MTA:Explorer pane, drill down into a file -> incidents -> rule, and select the rule

      Actual results:

VSCode says that "The editor could not be opened because the file was not found."

      Expected results:

VSCode opens the specific source file.
