Description of problem:

The Application Inventory page sometimes takes long to load. On some occassions,
it takes ~90 seconds for it to load.

Application Inventory page should load in a reasonable amount of time.

Additional info:

Tested using MTA 7.3.1-20 - When there are several apps on the app inventory page, the application table appears empty for less than a second. This causes QE auromation to fail.
