      Description of problem:

When analyzing a .NET application on Linux using custom rules, MTA doesn't create any issues. However, when looking at the provider log, it looks like the rule is triggered and finds lines that match its, but then it displays an error and an issue is never created.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 7.1.1

      How reproducible: Always

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Analyze the dotnet-hello-world application with one or more of the custom rules provided on this bug

      Actual results:

The analysis reports no issues, but the provider.log shows lines where the rules are matched.

      Expected results:

If a rule is mached it should report an issue.
