We've noticed the recent UI changes in the Set Targets Wizard with the addition of the "Filter by Language" feature, which looks great! However, we've also observed a Language drop-down to the left of it has only one Filter.
As discussed, devs intended to adding more filters here, for example

1. name (target name)
2. custom (true/false)
3. labels etc.
