Description of problem:

Create an analysis with disabled Automated tagging option. Tags are not attached and hence Tags tabs show Filter by with Source and Category disabled dropdown icon . Can be removed dropdown arrows or add tool-tip showing no tags attached. (Screenshot is attached)

1. Analyze an application with uncheck "Enable Automated Tagging" option
2. Once the analysis is complete.
3. Click on the application row to open the side drawer
4. Click on the Tags tab and Observe the Filter by
