It would be easier if there was a single section for CLI and UI as well as requirements

For example, Jon would like it mentioned the need to create a PV, yet there is a section on Persistent Volume requirements - https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/migration_toolkit_for_applications/7.1/html-single/user_interface_guide/index#openshift-persistent-volume-requirements_user-interface-guide

So I think it would be a good idea to consolidate and improve in one single location, and the introduction seems like an obvious place
