Description of problem:

after creating an application/s and leaving it unassessed, then trying to filter applications by "Risk"+"filter by risk "Uknown"" - the application is not shown/present
there are two ways to view this bug which is detailed below

How reproducible: always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create an application and leave it unassessed
2.filter by Risk and choose filter by risk - unknown

or:

1.create an application and leave it unassessed
2.navigate to reports tab and view the donut "unassessed/unkown" which should show 1

3.click the donut and it should navigate back to application inventory tab

4. no results are shown

Actual results:

no applications are shown once filtering

Expected results:

unassessed applications should be shown once filtering
