Description of problem:

When running analysis of tackle-testapp-public and selecting 4+ targets I can reliably cause the analysis to stall and hang. Assuming we somehow hit OOM errors.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create app for tackle-testapp-public with maven settings file
2. Analyse with targets eap8, openjdk21, containerization, linux

Actual results:

The analyzer eventually stalls and no logs are reported in the analysis details

Analysis should complete successfully
