Description: When a new custom target is created and selected in the "Set Targets" tab, it is not listed in the "Options" tab. Instead, the targets dropdown shows the Targets list displayed for Java.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create an application to analyze
      2. Create a new custom target for go lang in the admin panel
      3. Navigate to the application inventory page and select the application to analyze
      4. Navigate to the "Set Targets" tab.
      5. Select the newly created custom target.
      6. Move forward to the "Options" tab.

Expected Result: The selected custom target should be listed in the "Options" tab.

Actual Result: The targets dropdown in the "Options" tab shows the Targets list displayed for Java, and the custom target is not listed.
