With auth disabled, 'username' seen in the persona dropdown

      Description of problem:

       With auth disabled, 'username' is seen in the persona dropdown.

      This is not seen in MTA 6.0.1. I have attached screenshots from 6.0.1 and 6.1.

      How reproducible:

       Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Disable auth after setting this in the Tackle yaml:
      feature_auth_required: 'false'
      2. With auth disabled, the application becomes a single user application. This user has
      all roles/privileges.
      3. As this single user, observe that the MTA UI shows 'username' in the persona dropdown.

      Actual results:

       With auth disabled, 'username' is seen in the persona dropdown
