      Dependencies are empty after running analysis in CLI

      Bundle 7.1.0-24 

      How reproducible:

      100% 

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Run analysis (I ran with `--bulk` option)
      2. Open static analysis
      3. Go to `Dependencies` section

      Actual results:

      Dependencies are empty

      Expected results:

      Dependencies should contain save values as when running analysis in MTA
