What to change:

Step #2: Click the Create new button.
Step #3: In the Basic information expandable section, enter the following fields:
Step #4: Click the Source Code expandable section and enter the following fields:
Step #5: Optional: Click the Binary expandable section and enter the following fields:
Step #6: Click the Create button. The new application appears in the list of defined applications.
