The binary analysis mode warning is missing

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create an app using source code, leave the binary details empty
2. Open analysis wizard and select "Binary" on the "Analysis mode" step

Actual results:

"Some applications cannot be analyzed" warning is missing

The user is also able to click to the next screen if binary is selected and no details are present on the application.
