      Analysis rules are giving false positives, for example getting issue `File system - Java IO` from the rule `local-storage-00001`

      How reproducible:

      100% 

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Analyse Book-server app
      2. Find `File system - Java IO` in issues
      3. See affected files of this issue

      Actual results:

      A line that is doing nothing with file system will be underlined as problematic

      Expected results:

      No false positive
