Enable Premption in Task Manager is not working

      Enable Preemption option does not seem to be working for tasks .

      Steps to Reproduce :

      1) Create an application.

      2) Analyze the application.

      3) When the task is "Ready" OR "pending" , Click on "Enable Preemption".

      Actual result:

      Error message pops up: "Task Update failed."

      Workaround:

      Disable Keycloak authentication
