Description of problem:

 
In the "Options" step of the analysis wizard before starting an analysis in an application, it is possible to add or modify targets. If all selected targets are removed at this step, the UI will not perform any validation, and it will be possible to start an analysis without targets, which will fail within a few seconds

How reproducible: Always 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an application and open the analysis wizard
2. Select a target and go to the "Options" step
3. Remove the target and start the analysis

Actual results:

It is possible to start an analysis without targets, which will fail within a few seconds. 

Expected results:

The user shouldn't be able to start an anlysis with no targets
