Description of problem:

When downloading the static report of an application's analysis, a tar file is downloaded as usual.
However, this tar file now contains a single file without an extension instead of a folder with the report files 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 7.1.0-19 

How reproducible: Always 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable the report download option
2. Create and analyze an application
3. Download the HTML report

Actual results:

The downloaded tar file contains a single file without extension

Expected results:

MTA should download a tar file containing a folder with all the files of the analysis report
