Description of problem:

because on intellij plugin configuration we cannot choose the cli path manually and because the plugin automatically searches for "kantra" the plugin cannot be tested or run using mta-cli downstream

for the below screenshot i removed kantra from computer and replaced it with fully working mta-cli, the error i got:
