Steps to Reproduce:

1. As admin/architect, perform review before assessment .
2. Discard the review

Actual results:

1) Discarding review results in 404 error
2) The review gets discarded, but 'Review' status is reflected only after a page refresh. IOW, the 'Review' field shows 'completed' and switches to 'Not started' only after the page is refreshed.

Expected results:

1) Discarding review shouldn't give any errors.
2) The 'Review' field should reflect the correct status without a page refresh.
