Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install U/S kantra CLI
2. Run analysis for the binary
3. Use command similar to this: kantra analyze --overwrite --input /home/igor/github.com/kantra-cli-tests-upstream/data/applications/jee-example-app-1.0.0.ear --output /home/igor/MTA/reports --source weblogic --target eap7 --rules /home/igor/github.com/kantra-cli-tests-upstream/data/xml/hibernate-custom.windup.xml

Actual results:

Analysis failes with error message:
`panic: runtime error: index out of range [0] with length 0`

Expected results:

It should just work
