Description of problem:

Occasionally, the questionnaire list on the Assessment Actions page takes more than 15 seconds to get displayed.

Intermittently 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create an application
2. Assess it with questionnaires
(I've seen the issue while assessing an application with 2 questionnaires . I'm unsure if the issue can be reproduced with 1 questionnaire. This issue likely occurs on the Archetype Assessment Actions page as well).
