      Description of problem

When trying to create a configuration for analysis the eclipse throws null model.service error, this was thought to be relevan to missing parameters like CLI, or JRE path, however the issue was reproducible with all the paramters set.

The issue is not relevant to the eclipse version as the customer reported the issue occurred on eclipse 2023-03, and it was observed to be reproducible on 2024-3 as well

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Start eclipse

      Actual results

The eclipse shows a popup with error indicating the model service is null thus failing to start
