Description of problem:

When the MTA operator upgrades from MTA-6.0.1 to MTA-6.1 the CSV reports of analyses executed before upgrading download empty .tar.gz files

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): MTA-6.1.0-3

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install MTA-6.0.1, create an application and run an analysis on it
2. Upgrade to MTA-6.1.0 then go to Administration -> general -> Enable downloads for CSV reports
3. Download the csv report from the application analisys and try to open it

Actual results:

The downloaded .tar.gz file is empty and can't be extracted, resulting in an error when trying to unzip it from OS GUI or an empty output when trying from CLI.

Expected results:

The downloaded .tar.gz file should contain the csv report

Additional info:

It does works when downloading the HTML report.
