Description of problem:

Starting with MTA 7.0.3-18, we are distinguishing between unassessed apps and apps with 'Unkown' risk . These changes were incorporated through
https://issues.redhat.com/browse/MTA-2308 .

However, the Reports page still shows a single chart for unassessed apps and apps with 'Unknown' risk.
