'Retake' displayed instead of 'Take' after deleting Archetype assessment from Assessment Actions page

      Description of problem:

      The 'Retake' button is displayed instead of the 'Take' button after deleting assessment from Assessment Actions page .
      This is a regression and is not seen on MTA 7.0.3-10 (which we received a few days back).

      MTA 7.0.3-15 (April 11th build) 

      How reproducible:

      Always 

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Assess an archetype with at one required questionnaire
      2. Delete the assessment from the Assessment actions page

      Actual results:

      'Retake' button displayed after deleting assessment from Assessment Actions page

      Expected results:

      'Take' button should be displayed after deleting assessment from Assessment Actions page
