Description of problem:

trying to run analysis on existing output directory with --overwrite feature disabled shows alert "Analysis completed successfully" instead of error alert

Steps to Reproduce:
1.run analysis successfully with --overwrite feature enabled
2.disasble --overwrite feature and run analysis again on same output directory
3.
