 assessing an application and then disabling the questionnaire used for assessing shows status 'In-Progress' instead of 'Not Started'

Steps to Reproduce:
1.enable a questionnaire and then assess an application with the questionnaire
2.navigate again to questionnaire and disable the one used for assessing
3.view application assessment status as 'In-Progress'

Actual results:

application assessment status as 'In-Progress'

Expected results:

application assessment status as 'Not-Started'
