      Description:
We have encountered a recurring issue in the assessment module of our software. After a user performs an override on an assessment and completes it successfully, any attempt to initiate a new assessment erroneously triggers a warning message indicating that proceeding with this new assessment will result in an override.
This behavior is unexpected, as the original assessment has already been overridden and completed.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to the application inventory page.
      2. Assess an application that is already connected to an archetype and is assessed
      3. Complete the override process for this assessment.
      4. Attempt to initiate a new assessment.

Actual Result: ** When a new assessment is initiated post override completion, the system incorrectly displays a warning that this action will override the existing assessment.

Expected Result: After completing an override on an assessment, initiating a new assessment should not trigger an override warning, as the previous assessment has been finalized.
