Description of problem:

After a successful application import, the application inventory page doesn't get updated on its own with the details of the new applications.
You have to explicitly refresh the page or click on the Tab again, or navigate to another page and come back to get the updated view.

This is a regression bug and is not seen on MTA 7.0.0.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the Application Inventory page and choose Import option from the kebab menu
2. Upload the CSV attached below to import the applications.
3. Don't click anywhere after clicking on "Import".
