Description of problem:

Our testing account on the Jira stage server[1] has been reset, and since then, the connection using basic authentication fails on MTA

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new Basic Auth (Jira) credential
2. Create new Jira Server/Datacenter instance and select the credential created in the previous step

Actual results:

Connection fails
