Description of problem:

When an application is associated with multiple archetypes, the app 'Assessment' status shows 'Not started' instead of 'In progress'
when only one archetype has been assessed.
This is a regression and is not seen in MTA 7.0.0.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create an application
2. Associate at least 2 archetypes with the application
3. Assess one of the 2 archetypes with one required questionnaire

Actual results:

App Assessment status shows 'Not started' when only one archetype has been assessed

Expected results:

App Assesstment status should show 'In progress' when only one archetype has been assessed
