Actual behaviour

In the application inventory, the filter by name, tag or business service  don't display their values until the user types something into the input, then they work as expected.

Expected Behaviour:

The dropdown for filter values should display the values of the filter even if the user has not typed anything, as is the case with other filters like the credential type filter.
