Description of problem:

MTA 7.0 currently doesn't distinguish between unassessed applications and applications that have been assessed to have 'Unkown' risk .
For unassessed applications, the UI should show 'Unassessed' instead of 'Unknown' in the Application risk field.

1. Create an application
2. Navigate to application side drawer -> Details tab

Actual results: 

'Application Risk' field shows 'Unknown' for unassessed applications
