=> Eclipse IDE version

=> Are JBoss Tools, installed from the Eclipse Marketplace ?https://developers.redhat.com/products/eap/download

=> Are Mylyn SDK and frameworks, installed with Eclipse ?
3.23

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):MTA 7.0

Customer is refering

 to add the mta plugin. Hits the error in the png file attached.

Can some one advise what could be the issue here please.
