[UI] Pagination leaves empty page when removing last element

      Pagination in tags section leaves empty page when removing last element

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      7.0.1 GA

      h4 How reproducible:
      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Open tags, go to the last page leaving 10 elements per page
      2. Remove content of last page
      3.

      Actual results:

      Empty page will show up with possibility to move left, see the screenshot

      Expected results:

      User should be navigated to previous page automatically
