Description of problem:

The quick fix option is removed from the plugin, but it's still mentioned in the following places:

Chapter 4 

4.1 Reviewing issues:

• "You can also see which issues have a Quick Fix automatic code replacement." remove

In the same chapter under the procedure section, the third sub bullet of the fifth step:

• The issue is optional to fix for migration. This icon is also used to indicate any Quick Fixes available for an issue.

4.2. Resolving issues

• "Using a Quick Fix automatic code replacement" <- remove
• Section 4.2.1 Using a Quick Fix Should be removed
• In section 4.2.2 "Editing the code of a file" The third bullet should be removed:
  • Optional: Right-click the issue and select Mark as Complete or Delete.
