With MTA 6.2.1 installed, attempt to switch the channel to stable-7.0. The operator upgrade will succeed, but a task in the operator pod will be failing. This failure impacts existing pathfinder assessments not being migrated to MTA 7.

The resulting impact is that existing assessments from 6.2.1 are not visible in the UI and not properly migrated. When this bug is resolved and this task succeeds the assessments should be properly migrated.
