Description of problem:

Error in kantra logs for  parsing ruleset - analysis still completes.

https://github.com/konveyor/kantra/pull/132 fixes this issue for 7.0.1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run kantra analysis on any app
2. see analysis logs

Actual results:

Expected results:
