[CLI] Subcommands that list sources and targets are throwing an error.

      Description of problem:

      The Subcommands for listing sources and targets throw the following error:

      Error: crun: executable file `/usr/local/bin/kantra` not found in $PATH: No such file or directory: OCI runtime attempted to invoke a command that was not found
      ERRO[0000] container run error                           error="exit status 127"
      ERRO[0000] failed listing labels                         error="Error: crun: executable file `/usr/local/bin/kantra` not found in $PATH: No such file or directory: OCI runtime attempted to invoke a command that was not found\n"
      ERRO[0000] failed to list rule labels                    error="Error: crun: executable file `/usr/local/bin/kantra` not found in $PATH: No such file or directory: OCI runtime attempted to invoke a command that was not found\n"
      Error: Error: crun: executable file `/usr/local/bin/kantra` not found in $PATH: No such file or directory: OCI runtime attempted to invoke a command that was not found

      How reproducible: Always

            This issue is no longer reproducible on mta-cli 7.0.0-41 (MTA 7.0.0-56)
